Our Staff-

The ‘Learning Through Drama’ theatre company was established in 2005 by qualified schoolteacher, Helen Robinson. Helen has taught students both in the UK and the USA at school and at local youth theatres. All of our staff are fully qualified, experienced school teachers which enables ‘LTD’ to uniquely combine excellent classroom practice with extensive use of drama both in the classroom and in the community.

At ‘Learning Through Drama’ we firmly believe in creating inspiring, fun and memorable learning experiences for children and young people. ‘LTD’ promotes and sustains effective communication in a positive, friendly and stimulating environment. We use readily adaptable drama through which the children’s own ideas can grow and flourish. It is our aim to encourage co-operation, self-development and social awareness by providing an opportunity to socially interact with an enthusiastic team.
